  Overleden: SHORT ILLNESS PROVES FATAL Mrs. Katherine Brown Zinser Succumbed Today While Visiting Son Pneumonia Was Cause Mrs. Katherine Brown Zinser, wife of Martin Zinser, died at two o'clock Wednesday morning at the home of a son, Louis Zinser, fourteen miles east of Shelbyville on state road No. 29, from a two days illness with pneumonia. Mrs. Zinser, who made her home with a daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Mackey, of near Waldron, went to the home of her son on Monday for a visit. The deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Brown and was born on February 12, 1855 at New Alsace, Ind. She was seventy-five years old. Her marriage to Mr. Zinser took place in November, 1877. Besides the husband, Mrs. Zinser leaves three sons, John and Martin Zinser, of this city; Louis Zinser at whose home she died; the daughter, Mrs. Henry Mackey; twenty grandchildren and one grate grandchild. Four brothers, John B. Brown, of Manilla; Joseph Brown, of Moscow; Michael Brown, of Shelbyville; William Brown, of Arlington; and two sisters, Mrs. George Schwendenman, of Greenburg, and Mrs. Thomas Conner, of Dunkirk, also survives. Mrs. Zinser was a member of the St. Vincent Catholic church and the Ladies Society of the church. Funeral services will be held at the church Friday morning at nine o'clock, with the Rev. Pierce Dixon officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery in charge of Charles M. Ewing. The body was taken to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Macke today.
